I love, love, love these!!!! I have used these in the morning to give that extra burst of energy to get motivated and evening to give me that little extra boost when I,m feeling slowed down and still have lots to do. I recommend not turning the vent on in your bathroom to really get that full punch of aroma to jump start you. As soon as the aroma hits you, it isn't so strong like some other brands that I have tried that I can't use..it's a relaxing but also invigorating scent that lasts an entire shower, if not multiple showers if not placed right over the drain. You will not be disappointed.
